The final day

Well my ever silent and few followers, today is the day at which this summer experiment closes. While I can say this whole shebang of sketching and blogging and working on projects and taking pictures and so on was a bit tedious and overwhelming at somepoints, I can also say I truly progressed as an artist in some demerit for that I conquered the mountainous giant that is adobe flash and already have three animations under my belt. With this I also feel my ability and overall interest in photography has risen, as proof by the bundle of well developed pictures in my flickr. Even though I didn't have the eureka moment in which I suddenly became the expert artist that is needed to excel in this class, I feel that I've become more and more satisfied and content with my art over the last months. These pasts months excluding the pains and gripes of educationally required activities was also quite a blast seeing as I visited schools and had a pretty rad summer job. Also I got to go to Michigan which broaden my views on things to do while sitting on a boat for hours on end while your phone is broken for almost two weeks (sorry about that). Though many good things have occurred in this three month span of time, from within this blanketed bed from which type these ever condensed summaries, I am overcome by the generic summertime regrets of not seeing or doing some things, but with said regrets come things to strive in the next summer to come. Music to end this summer include G.G Allin's Carnival of Excess, Andrew Jackson Jihad's Candy Cigarrets and Cap Guns, and Merzbow's Pulse Demon.

Thanks for being there...
